David and Dorothy Daniels are both Albion High School Alum and in the 09'-10' school year will have one child in each of the Albion schools. Dorothy is the GM of the Holiday Inn Express Brockport and David is a former auto salesman. In 05' they decided to purchase the deli for a variety of reasons; David's time is more flexible which benefits the family, David grew up in Barre Center and loves the people and the neighborhood, the family has an opportunity to work together to achieve success in a small business (kinda the American dream). The Daniels' agree that the way to be successful is to offer a quality product and back it up with sincere customer service. They really don't have much "spare" time, but when they do, it is all about family.
